UPDATE: Body of Missing Maryland Girl Found
By Alicia Cruz Theblackurbantimes.com 7:20 pm EST The body of Sarah Foxwell has been found. Police discovered her remains near the Delaware State line sometime after 4:00 p.m. EST. Details are sketchy at this time and Wicomico County Sheriff Mike Lewis is keeping it that way for the time being. Foxwell was last seen Tuesday night in the company of Thomas Leggs, a registered sex offender. When a relative went to check on Foxwell and her younger sister early Wednesday she noticed Foxwell was missing. A charging document stated that, a "juvenile witness" awoke during the night Tuesday and saw Sarah leave the bedroom with "Tommy," and said he was wearing blue jeans, an orange jacket and white sneakers. The document also stated that Amy Fothergill, Foxwell's aunt and the former girlfriend of Leggs, noticed that Sarah's green toothbrush was missing from the home.
