Wife Killer Kashif Parvaiz Inked $2M Apartment Deal From Elderly Gay Man
By Alicia Cruz The New Jersey Newsroom Not only may Kashif Parvaiz be a two-timing, conniving, conspiring murderer, but according to a New York Post article, he may even be a dirty con-man who talked a disabled elderly gay man into giving him part of a Queens apartment building worth millions of dollars two years ago. The man's step-mother, Marguerite Ragusa, told the New York Post that Martin Ragusa, 74 met Parvaiz when the alleged wife killer was 14-years-old and doing maintenance work on Martin's home at 440 E. 57th St. in Manhattan. The two men became close friends, and while Parvaiz spent nights at Martin's home, the step-mother could not say whether he was having a sexual relationship with Martin. However, the wealthy man reportedly boasted about putting Parvaiz through college, and knew Nazish Noorani as well.
